We are proud to introduce our first coin vote. As a BEST VIP (level 1 to 3; with a minimum of 5,000 BEST in your Bitpanda wallet), you have the unique opportunity to have a say in important decisions here at Bitpanda.

Be part of our decision process

Bitpanda currently supports more than 30 different digital assets. With Bitpanda Metals, we currently offer digitised gold, silver, platinum and palladium but most of our assets are cryptocurrencies — and we would like to expand this offering further. Before we decide which cryptocurrency to add, we have a listing process in place which includes a wide range of due diligence steps. We look at the general demand for the asset, analyse the project from a business perspective and, of course, try to focus on assets which already have an established track record as key players in the industry.

With this exclusive vote for BEST VIPs, we are now giving our most loyal users the chance to be a part of this process. To participate in the poll, you just need to log in to your Bitpanda account and as a BEST VIP (with at least 5,000 BEST in your Bitpanda wallet) you will see a small pop-up in the lower right corner of your Bitpanda dashboard. Please note that this poll will run from March 18th, 2020 until March 31st, 2020 and that you have to deactivate any adblockers to be able to see this popup.

Latest BEST updates: Lower deposit fees and SEPA savings plan cashback

In addition to the poll, we recently also introduced two more benefits for BEST holders:

• As a BEST level 2 and 3 user, you benefit from 20% lower deposit fees when using credit cards and 25% lower deposit fees for SOFORT.
• You get a 10% cashback in BEST when you buy digital assets with a SEPA savings plan. The maximum amount in euro for this limited promotion is tied to your BEST level. Learn more.
