Can I participate in the Bitpanda Tell-a-Friend programme?

You don’t need to meet any special criteria to participate except to be a verified Bitpanda user. Every verified Bitpanda user on Bitpanda can invite friends and use the Tell-a-Friend programme.

Who can I invite via Tell-a-Friend?

To make sure both you and your invited friend receive your reward, the friend who you are referring has to meet a few requirements. They need to be a brand-new Bitpanda user, meaning that they can only participate if they have not created a Bitpanda account before.

How do a friend and I participate in the Tell-a-Friend programme?

Nothing could be easier.

1. Log in to your Bitpanda account and go to the Tell-a-Friend section while you are logged in.
2. Invite your friend(s) - copy and share your referral link with a friend or use the “Invite a friend” form to send them an email invite.
3. Your friend completes the sign up process at Bitpanda using your referral link, verifies their account and becomes a brand-new Bitpanda user. They make a deposit of at least € 25 and trade a minimum of € 25.
4. You both receive a voucher balance of € 2 into your default fiat wallets.

What else do I need to know?

In order to participate, your friend needs to sign up using the referral link that you have sent them and to verify their account. Only one account per user is allowed, creating an additional account may result in a permanent ban of your account(s). Please also keep in mind that your friends must have cookies enabled in order for you to be able to get the reward.

*Note: Due to regulatory reasons, recruiting users who reside in Germany is not allowed. However, if your residence is in Germany you can still recruit users from another country.
